Dr. and Mrs. Psaltis is now working with University at Sea to deliver high value continuing education in pediatric dental topics. The programs are fully accredited for all dental personnel and the cruises, of course, are also open to family and staff members. His first four cruise experiences were the "70th D-Day anniversary cruise"with Holland American,  a Royal Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Labadee, Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, Georgetown, Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico and then another Caribbean cruise from San Juan, Puerto Rico to St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Curacao and Aruba and finally still another Royal Caribbean cruise that went from Barcelona, Spain to Mallorca, Marseilles, France, Florence, Rome and Naples.

Now Dr. Psaltis and his wife, Mary Ellen, will bring a new program (Current Updates in Pediatric Dentistry and Optimal Nutrional Health)   to the University at Sea Mediterranean Cruise. It will depart from Barcelona, Spain on Sunday, May 25 and return on June 1.
